Helmets are cast urethane and fiberglass parts, painted in a 2k automotive clear coat, polished by hand. The visor is a custom vacuformed PETG part.

Helmets and bust are fully lined on the inside.

Visor is tensioned and the buttons on the chin are spring loaded.

Busts feature a custom sewn neck.
