Matrix Mold Designed in Fusion 360.

Mold Design was printed, post processed and filled with silicone, creating a silicone mold, which was used to cast a fiberglass part.

Fiberglass parts were painted, clearcoated, wet-sanded and polished, finished off with carbon fiber vinyl around the trim. Visor was vacuformed out of PETG sheeting, that was then trimmed, tinted AND CHROMED ON THE INSIDE.
